Rhonda Rush was brought up in a very rigid hell fire church where her father was the Pastor, her home life with her siblings was under shame & ridicule and as a young woman starting taking pills. Later in her life she met a woman that took her to church where she learned about the love of God not the wrath of God.This is how God saved her life.

Stacey Paden was addicted to alcohol, she was self medicating from childhood abuse, trauma and making poor decisions starting at the age of 10, she was raped at 11. Her mother sent her to live with her Father & Stepmother and that’s when the abuse began, her stepmother withheld food from her and her father beat her for stealing food. But God did not leave her and gave Stacey a way of knowing who Jesus was and saving her. Beautiful story of resistance and redemption.

Moody College student Kayla Palazzo addresses the the topic of Human Trafficking and gives us 5 points of interest that people don’t know about, she speaks about sex trafficking and gives us warning signs of what to look for. Kayla says that as Christ followers we should educate family and friends and fight for the voiceless. 

Human Trafficking is a 150 Billion dollar business and is in towns that are right under your nose.

Addiction was Neil’s story for many years, through a basketball injury Neil began his journey depending on drugs, letting down his wife and children through heavy drug use and credit card debt. Until one day, he tried to take his own life. He tried Dr’s, meetings, and all kinds of things and nothing was working, until one day he got arrested, thrown in jail and had to attend Renewal Ranch in Arkansas. When he was there, he tells us he was carrying his binder and out of that fell a Scripture Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” That’s when everything came crashing down on him of all the things he had done and he prayed, I can’t do this anymore.
