Tim Searfoss, director, and producer, joins The Call to discuss his latest documentary, “One Second At A Time,” which follows a father’s story of his daughter’s overdose of fentanyl. He hopes that the documentary will help to reduce the stigma surrounding substance abuse and many of these families don’t want to have anything to do with them, they need connection and not to be shunned.
