Susie Rowan encourages women to step into leadership roles and says;
I am so grateful to God for His call to leadership and the many opportunities He has given me to lead in the cause of Christ.

Now I have entered a new season of ministry, having retired as the leader of Bible Study Fellowship. My heart desire to see other women take up the torch of leadership in their churches, parachurch ministry, or wherever God calls them to lead.
